Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kindgi's tools and services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Kindgi provides two things:

• Kindgi tools — small language model (SLM)-powered document analyzers for financial and legal documents, available anonymously at kindgi.com and privately at v3.kindgi.com.
• Agentic Extension — an opt-in capability for connecting external accounts to automate workflows. See §6.

3. Use of the Service

Two ways to use Kindgi tools:

• Anonymous tools at kindgi.com — usable without an account. Runs produce shareable links; you are responsible for whom you share those links with.
• Signed-in workspace at v3.kindgi.com — account-scoped. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Kindgi immediately of any unauthorized use.

On both surfaces you are responsible for all content you submit, upload, or create using the Service, and you represent that you have all necessary rights to such content — including the right to process it through automated analysis tools.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation without permission

5. Data, AI Processing, and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

Your content is processed on infrastructure Kindgi operates. Uploads and prompts are handled on Kindgi-controlled inference servers. We do not send your content to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.), and we do not train models on your data. See the Privacy Policy for specifics on retention (anonymous runs are purged after roughly 90 days; signed-in workspace content is retained for the life of your account unless deleted).

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your data only as necessary to produce the analysis you requested.

6. Agentic Extension

If you use the Agentic Extension to connect external accounts (email, calendar, source control, storage), you additionally agree to the terms of those external providers. Kindgi's access is scoped to the actions you configure; Kindgi does not persist raw external content beyond what is needed to complete the workflow. 7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindgi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account (or stop using the anonymous tools) at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
